We provide a safe, structured, and engaging environment where students can continue to learn, have fun, and develop healthy habits after the school day ends.

Students build confidence, discipline, respect, and focus while making friends and staying active in a positive and supportive community. With convenient school pick-up and experienced, certified black belt instructors, Velocity Taekwondo offers families a rewarding after school experience that promotes both personal growth and academic success. Students work towards earning the rank of black belt and are given tournament opportunities in both sparring and poomsae.

During holidays and days off, we offer full day camps that include our Taekwondo program, general fitness and specialty camps.

Good habits start early

Our daily Taekwondo after school schedule is designed to empower students to develop healthy daily habits and discipline, setting Velocity students up for success in school, at home and beyond. Through engaging activities and Velocitys structured Taekwondo curriculum, we instill confidence and resilience in every student.

Velocity after school program is broken down into two groups based on school release times.

Group A

Pioneer Elementary, Gildo Rey Elementary, Lakeland Hills Elementary, Terminal Park Elementary

3:30-3:45 Students arrive and change into uniforms

Students can have a light snack or begin homework before class.

4:00 Daily Taekwondo

5:00-5:30 Study time & Home work assistance

5:30-6:00 Arcade time (Additional study time as need)

Group B

Chinook Elementary, Bowman Creek Elementary

4:10-4:30 Students arrive and change into uniforms

4:30-5:00 Study time & Home work assistance

Students can have a light snack or begin homework before class.

5:00 Daily Taekwondo

6:00-6:30 Arcade time (Additional study time as need)

$650 billed monthly

$150 non refundable deposit to reserve a spot, deposit will be credited towards your first month.

Our schedule is based on Auburn school district calendar and subject to change.

Velocity Taekwondo is not a daycare and does not provide childcare, our after school program is part of our full Taekwondo program including sparring and competitive games that are often too intense for younger kids.
Our after school program is designed for 1st-5th grade. Kindergarten students accepted on a case by case basis.
Parents are asked to provide a healthy after school snack each day. Soda, energy drinks, milk based drinks, and candy are not allowed.
Students must demonstrate good hygiene and have clean training equipment & clothing.
Early pick up disrupts classes. If you arrive before your child's class is done please take the to opportunity to watch class and learn more about our program.
Do not interrupt instructors while they are on the mats.
Pick up is 6-6:30pm. Repeated late pick will result in a $25 per day fee
3 day a week students must have a set schedule for the month, no weekly changes.
If your child does not need pick up send us a txt no later than 2hrs before school releases.

After school to World Stage

Tre's journey in Taekwondo began at the age of 7 with the Velocity after school program. He quickly started competing locally and achieved wins at the state level. With hard work and dedication, he earned his black belt from Velocity Taekwondo and began fighting at higher levels. Today, Tre is an assistant instructor at Velocity, a member of the Sierra Leone national team, and a hopeful for the 2028 Olympics.
