Sparring club is a weekly program that helps athletes make the jump to competition level sparring. Sparring club athletes work side by side with our world-class athletes focusing on higher intensity sparring and more technical sparring than in traditional classes.

Velocity Taekwondo is an exceptional facility for athletes! 4 full size rings, a 3,000sqft fitness gym, over 4000sqft of outdoor training space, an athlete recovery center, and onsite physical therapy, everything an athlete needs is available in one convenient location.
